Belvin Olasov
Co-Director
Co-director and co-founder, Belvin comes from a background in creative writing and tries to bring that vision-making to climate work. He serves as co-editor-in-chief for Surge: The Lowcountry Climate Magazine.
Rowan Emerson
Program Manager
A recent graduate of College of Charleston, Rowan has a background in biology as well as environmental science and sustainability studies and works on community outreach and event organizing for CCC. When not climbing trees Rowan can be found making copious amounts of soups.
Dr. Jen Wright
Co-Director
Co-founder, Dr. Wright is a Professor of Psychology at the College of Charleston and a Sustainability and Social Justice Faculty Fellow with the Honors College. She's currently heading up the Environmental Justice Profile project.
Caroline Frady
Community Organizer
College of Charleston political science and environmental studies graduate, Caroline organizes events and action-sessions. Caroline operates a freelance photography business, contributing to CCC's media and creative design. She's passionate about all living beings, and volunteers as a part time zookeeper.
Charlton Brownell
Environmental Justice Program Manager
Charlton is the PM for the Environmental Justice Profile Initiative. He is a Charleston native with an academic background in Environmental Studies and a range of experience in the public sector, including urban planning, community engagement, program evaluation, land stewardship, and field ecology.
